WV Dance, Inc. will be teaching a ballroom dancing lesson in swing and also deejaying the Passepied Club ballroom and Latin dance on Saturday, March 12, 2011. We invite you to join us for this exciting event!
The dance lesson will take place from 7-7:30 p.m. and the dance will follow from 7:30-10:30 p.m. The dance will feature songs of all different types of Ballroom and Latin dances, and our DJ is available to play your favorite ballroom and Latin dance songs upon request. Additionally, as is true with all of our dances, we let you know (via our computerized projection) what kind of song that we’re playing so that you know what kind of dance you can dance to that song.
The dance will be held in the 3rd floor ballroom of the Geary Student Union at the University of Charleston.
Cost of the dance is $10/person for members of the Passepied Club or $20/person for non-members of the Club.
The dress code for this event is dressy casual. (Please refer to our website: http://www.wvdance.net under the “Explanation of Dress Codes” for what this means.)
