Supper Club Dinner and Dance – April 21, 2013 Charleston, WV

We will have a social half-hour from 4-4:30 p.m. followed by dining and dancing from 4:30 p.m. – 7:15 p.m.

Dinner will be served in various courses throughout the evening consistent with the Supper Club format.  Courses will consist of soup, salad, entree, and dessert.  Soft drinks are included in the price of the event.  Alcohol is not included in the price of the event.

Cost of the event is $36/person. Seating is open and not assigned.

Music will be provided by WV Dance, Inc.  Dress is semi-formal.

Singles and couples are welcomed with open arms.

If you wish to attend, please send your payment, in the form of a personal check, certified check, or money order to “WV Dance, 735 Chappell Road, Charleston, WV  25304”.  Checks should be made payable to “WV Dance”.

The registration deadline for this event is April 17, 2013.  However, spots are limited and you should register as soon as possible to guarantee your participation in this event.  If you wish to come to this event, please complete the registration form below and send it to WV Dance at the address noted above, along with your payment for the event.
